About me

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they no longer want to repeat.

My approach is grounded, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Together, we explore what may be happening beneath the surface and work toward greater emotional clarity, stability, and self-understanding.

I completed my psychology studies and professional counselling training in Vancouver and further trained in Compassionate Inquiry®, developed by Dr. Gabor Maté. My work integrates modern psychology with somatic and body-oriented approaches.

How I Can Help

Many adults carry the impact of early experiences long after the events have passed. You may notice anxiety, emotional shutdown, people-pleasing, or difficulty trusting. Therapy focuses on understanding these patterns and helping you respond differently in the present.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can explore it together.

• anxiety, overwhelm, tension, or panic
• emotional exhaustion, sadness, or burnout
• difficulty slowing down or sleeping
• long-term stress and feeling stuck in survival mode
• low self-worth or a harsh inner critic
• the lasting impact of difficult experiences and relationship patterns
